What to have ready
The more specific you can be, the faster we can turn around a written scope. Helpful details:
- Building address and approximate square footage
- Number of restrooms and whether they are private or shared
- Your preferred cleaning frequency (nightly, weekly, bi-weekly)
- Any compliance or protocol requirements (healthcare, food handling, etc.)
- Whether cleaning needs to happen outside business hours
What happens next
After we receive your request, a member of the team will call you back by the next business day. We schedule a walkthrough at your facility — typically 20–40 minutes — and deliver a written scope within two business days of the walkthrough.
The scope document lists every task, every frequency, and the standard we hold each task to. You review it before the first clean is scheduled.
