Glendale Recurring Cleaning provides scheduled commercial cleaning contracts to offices, medical facilities, retail spaces, and commercial buildings throughout Glendale and the West Valley. We have been doing this for 22 years.
We are a lead-generation and dispatch service: when you request a quote, it reaches qualified, insured cleaning crews who serve your specific area and building type. Every crew we work with carries general liability insurance and is bonded. Certificates are provided with every quote.
How we are different from a cleaning directory
A directory sends your information to whoever pays for placement. We match building requirements to crew qualifications. The written scope of work — produced before the contract is signed — is the difference. It defines what "clean" means for your facility, what the frequency is, and what the standard is for each task. That document is what you hold us to.
Commercial focus only
We do not service residential properties. Our focus is commercial and professional facilities: offices, medical and dental practices, retail and restaurant spaces, industrial and distribution facilities, and multi-tenant commercial buildings. This means the crews we work with are trained in commercial settings and the pricing reflects commercial requirements.

We do not publish a street address. Service is delivered to your facility; our dispatch operations are internal. If a certificate of insurance is required for your facility records, we include it with the written quote.
